Awe, Erin, this is totally an awesome workshop for meat eaters. They support a local farm with good practices and see where their food comes from. It is really important for meat eaters to understand that their food once had a face and that they shouldn't waste it. I think this workshop provides an extremely unique opportunity with profound repercussions.

I guess it was some pre-coffee vegetarian angst. It's good for people who are going to kill animals to do it themselves and be aware of their actions. Before i just hadn't had the cawfee yet

This is a wonderful idea. I know many, my siblings especially, won't eat food they can recognize as once being a living animal. Everyone who eats meat should do something like this. I'll have to keep an eye open for any in my state.

Erg, no-coffee me is a bad scene. :)
