Spring has been come and go here in Chicago, but as long as the snow stays away, I'm pretty fine with whatever temps we get. I got to break out my saddle shoes again, which I didn't think would see the light of day until Fall, so that was nice. I also wore a few of my hand knit sweaters, which for some reason I don't wear that often. I need to get over seeing them as a precious item and just wear them already!
I haven't been doing too much knitting lately, but I still have a few finished projects that I haven't written about yet, so I'll have to do a post on them soon. My meditation times have ben mainly saved for the weekend as I've decided to do yoga in the mornings instead. I make this sound way more exercise-y than it actually is. I do about 10 minutes of sun salutations on the weekdays, before work. It is a good way to wake myself up and get my muscles stretched. It is also helping push me out of my winter-slug ways. (I believe "winter slug" is the technical term.) I'm hopign I'll actually stick to this routine, but only time will tell.
