The USPS has a handy table of all the shipping dates you need to keep in mind for your international and military holiday mailings. Domestically, you'll want to abide by the following:

First Class Mail        DEC 21st

Priority Mail           DEC 21st

Express Mail            DEC 23rd

Parcel Post             DEC 16th
