Started by Bianca of Goodnight Little Spoon, there is a journal floating around in the mails, waiting for lucky recipients to fill a couple of pages with art inspired by mail before passing it along on its journey. It has such a nice, circular process of going through the mail, containing art about mail. It was recently added to by the hands of James at Everyday Correspondence. Here's his contribution, full of postal grandness.
Are you involved in this project? Have you got a mail art project going on we should know about? Let us know and we'll share it with the L.W.A. world!
Both Everyday Correspondence and Goodnight Little Spoon are excellent sources for letter lovers. I'd recommend adding them to your reading list tout de suite.

This is such a beautiful idea! My friends and I have kept a traveling journal for ten years now. You can read our story at www.TheTravelingJournal.com. We're trying to get other long distance friends to start their own traveling journals! Keep it up!

It's funny you posted this today because just earlier I was worrying about the journal currently being awol! It's hard to keep track of! It's a difficult project to police, but I think as long as it is added to and enjoyed by each person along the way, it doesn't matter how long it takes. I am considering starting another soon.

I love this! I would love to be a part of such a journal...perhaps to start one? Are there openings for this one?
