This is fantastic! I love your creations.
I've been working on a revised and updated version of mine and just got it posted in time for tomorrow. This sort of project always takes me so much longer than I anticipate it will, but I'm happy with the result.

Ah, but you have left out the changes in rates to Canada and Mexico.

Perhaps you missed the Global Forever mention in the bottom right corner. I didnt put how much additional it was because it was different for Mexica & Canada. Now, its only different for Canada in certain situations and Mexico falls in with all the other countries.
