400+ Mailing

It was bound to happen sooner or later, but it certainly came sooner than I expected. The Letter Writers Alliance now has over 400 members! Yippee! That means you all get a nifty little gift from Kathy and I. This will be the next-to-last free mailing that we will do. Our final one will be for 500 members. After that, I have to ask that you send in a S.A.S.E. for the freebies. Purchasing or making the gift isn't what's breaking my little piggy bank; it's the postage costs.

And remember, if you want in on the free mailings, you MUST send us your address and membership number for the database. Signing up for the Pen Pal Swap is not the same as sending in your info for the database. Unfortunately, we can't just apply your ship-to addresses to the database because  some people give the memberships as gifts or buy multiple memberships. Believe me, I tried just writing down everyone that ordered and it did not work; so we ask for members to get involved. It's baffling how many people don't send me their information.
