Photos in Front of Mailboxes

I am really glad to see that Donovan & I are not the only ones who take pictures of ourselves in front of mailboxes. This image is from Missive Maven's trip to Amsterdam and I love that she got in some travel letters. I LOVE writing letters while I'm on a trip.

I'd like to see more people doing this! So, how about a call to arms? LWAers, take a photo of yourself in front of a mailbox during your travels and I'll compile a post with all the images we get. For good measure, here is one of me from a few weeks ago in front of a mailbox in O'Hare airport.

More letter writing during traveling, more letters during the holidays, and more importantly, more trips to unknown mailboxes!

Of course I love the idea of being photographed in front of mailboxes... I'll try to do it more often! That's a lovely photo of Kathy, and I look forward to seeing more member photos in front of mailboxes in the future.

Hehe, the US mailboxes look very different from ours here in Austria (or even other places in Europe)!
