The National Postal Museum is THE PLACE TO BE on Sunday, the 22nd of September, I'm telling you. At the grand opening of the William H. Gross Stamp Gallery there will be not one, but two stamp ceremonies; one for the 20c Medal of Honor stamp and a First Day of Issue for the $2 Inverted Jenny. There will also be Correspondence Salons held throughout the day. You will need a reservation but the salon, including letter writing supplies, is free. I hope as many of you as possible make it there. I wish I could join you, but am engaged to be married the day before and didn't win the argument for a letter writing honeymoon.
Congrats on the nuptials and I will think of you as I attend the events!
