Both of these stamps are being issued tomorrow. The USS Arizona Memorial depicts the monument left to the sailors lost aboard the Arizona during the Attack on Pearl Harbor. It is a Priority Mail Express stamp. Do any of you use the high value stamps? In order to get tracking, you have to pass them over the postal counter anyway; so I can't really see the point of Express or Priority stamps. It's a beautiful stamp, I just don't know who uses them. Let us know in the comments if you do and why.
Far more useful to me is the 70cent issue (that's a 2oz. letter stamp) of C. Alfred Anderson, known as "Chief". Mr. Anderson was one of the Tuskegee Airmen. He was a distinguished pilot and pioneer as the only African-American in 1932 with a license to fly commercially and instruct others. His stamp is being released tomorrow as well.
P.S. Commentor Diane points out that the Jimmy Hendrix stamp is "unveiling" tomorrow. There is currently no info or image available for the stamp. Just this teaser:
The Jimi Hendrix stamp is also being released tomorrow.

Thanks Diana. I'm extremely annoyed that it isn't currently listed on the official USPS stamps timeline.

The Jimi Hendrix stamp is now available for purchase on the USPS site, but so far it's only available in a sheet of 16 it seems.
