For release on Monday, this two stamp set is the latest in the sesquicentennial series commemorating the American Civil War. The neutral background remains my favorite thing about these stamps. I'm just not the American history buff they are looking for with these stamps. I do know that there are a great number of you who love these though and I support that the U.S.P.S. designs stamps for everybody.
