Powerful Pencils of Potential

I don't get a ton of letters written to me in pencil, but that doesn't mean that I don't really, really like pencils. There's a lot of potential fun in pencils. My current favorite is the Caran d'ache Swiss Wood pencil. I also adore these Puzzlehunt pencils with their esoteric inscriptions. Perfect for making a pencil with a secret hiding place, no?
