Make It Merry is an endeavor by RiteWhileUCan to help send holiday cheer to every homeless person. Their mission is to give each person a personal Christmas card. The purpose behind the project is to acknowledge that the homeless are real people, are valued and cared about by others. You know that I love this idea and hope that other members of the L.W.A. will help support this initiative.
To participate:
- Purchase a Christmas card or hand-make one*
- Include a simple handwritten Christmas message, inspirational thought or note to let the receiver know they are cared for
- Signing the card with your first name is essential to provide a personal connection
- Mail your Christmas card by December 10th to:

P.O. Box 96107 West Springs

American members, I know you have a long weekend coming up. How about add one more card to your holiday list and get started with that extra time?
Yes, this is on my list. I have some Christmas cards that are perfect for this!
