This custom artistamp maker came across my radar through Instagram and the unboxing of a stationery subscription called PostBox from Postmark'd Studio. The Mr. Zip tribute sheet is just incredible. After following him on Instagram, I discovered that you can get customized sheets of stamps with your return address for $7.99. THAT'S AN AMAZING DEAL! I bought a number of them and have been delighted! He has a wide range of political and holiday artistamps as well as some replica work. I love that our hobby has such wide room for creativity, inside of the envelope and out!
And now I'm doing searches for "perforating machine" on eBay. This cannot possibly end well.
But wow, those are great.

These are fantastic - one of my pen pals from Incowrimo in February had some, and I wrote her back to ask her where they came from! I ordered several sheets, and they work really well.

Ebay seller has offered a sheet of four of: U.S. Internal Revenue - Tax Paid (line 2) Tobacco - 2 Ounces (line 3) series of 1883 TG102A (this would be the Springer catalog number of this particular tobacco strip stamp. At the bottom of the sheet reads: Reproduction by: The Perforated Press.
Have you done any other reproductions of tax paids (there are many categories heaven knows). The IRS produced hundreds of cigar, snuff, cigarette, tobacco and chewing tobacco (referred to as munufactured tobacco (designs are printed on the tinfoil pouches of chewing tobacco.
So was this a one off or are other reproductions available and where would I locate them and finally how do you decide what to reproduce.

Hi, sorry, we are not The Perforated Press or The Perforated Post. We did put links to The Perforated Post in the blog posting. Hope that helps.
